Biography
Oline Johanne Svendsen was born on October 8, 1866 in Vadum, Kaer, Aalborg, Denmark. She was the second of five children, but all of her brothers died as children. On April 25, 1884, Oline married Johannas Martinus Christensen in Nørresundby, Kær, Ålborg. The couple settled in Nørresundby and had seven children, five sons and two daughters, together.
In 1906, Oline immigrated to Utah. Her husband, daughter Christine, and sons Carl and Marinus also made the move to Utah. Oline and her husband settled in Centerfield, Sanpete county. Oline passed away on October 20, 1924, shortly after her fifty-eighth birthday. She was buried in Centerfield.
